This prototype-driven design initiative was first developed and tested in Dhaka, Bangladesh, where early-stage mock-ups were used to evaluate how spatial design could improve customer satisfaction and reinforce brand value. The primary focus was ergonomic optimization within constrained service environments, addressing the physical and operational strain associated with high-volume service workflows. Following measurable improvements in user experience and operational efficiency, the design model was adopted across selected FedEx World Service Centers globally. This work established a scalable design framework where ergonomics and brand experience operate as integrated drivers of service space design.
