This will always have a special place as the first brainchild of the partnership work of the firm. The clients wanted it as their retirement vacation house where they could feel the roots, staying close to and immersed in nature. Privacy and openness, these contradictory elements, were the key driving forces behind the design.

Status: Waiting for commercial clarification
Our firm collaborated with SAIUJ Consultant to propose a comprehensive design package for a newly designated mixed-use zone. The workflow utilized Archi-CAD, though file management proved complex due to the client group—a developer company—with different software skills. Nevertheless, the scope of work was successfully negotiated to design consultancy and site inspection.
